How big is the Moon Pillow?+
The listed dimensions are approximately 59.1 in (150 cm) from tip to tip and 24.0 in (61 cm) across the widest point. Measure your available space before ordering.
Can I change the firmness?+
Yes. Open the zippered inner cover to add or remove a little filling, then distribute it evenly. Make small adjustments until the pillow feels right for you.
How do I wash the covers?+
The outer and inner covers are listed as removable and machine washable. Remove them carefully and use the wash and drying settings on the supplied care labels. Keep the loose filling out of the washing machine unless its own instructions specifically permit it.
How is it different from the Pregnancy Pillow?+
The Moon Pillow has a crescent shape with an adjustable inner fill, while the Pregnancy Pillow is a longer, open J-shaped body pillow. Choose according to the shape and feel you prefer for lounging.
What comes in the package, and what colour is available?+
The listed set contains one Moon Pillow, a zippered inner cover and a removable outer cover. The current colour option is Champagne; extra covers are not included unless sold separately.
When will it arrive, and can I return it?+
We offer free standard shipping to destinations available at checkout. Orders are typically processed in 1–4 business days, then take an estimated 6–12 business days to arrive after dispatch (around 7–16 business days total).
