Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping, with no minimum order value, to the destinations that are available in our checkout. Shipping is €0.00 for eligible destinations. If a country cannot be selected at checkout, we cannot currently accept delivery orders to that destination.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 6–12 business days. This gives an estimated total time of 7–16 business days from ordering to delivery. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Some countries, remote addresses, customs inspections or carrier delays may take longer.
Shipping and fulfilment
Orders may be dispatched by our fulfilment partners, including partners located outside the Netherlands. Shipping origin and carrier can vary by item. You will be informed of any material delivery restrictions before fulfilment.
Tracking your order
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will share the tracking information after dispatch. Tracking events may take a little time to appear.
Customs and import charges
Depending on your destination, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by authorities or delivery partners. These are separate from our free standard shipping. Any additional charges will be explained where required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery questions
If your parcel is delayed, lost, incomplete or damaged, contact info@cozyflorie.com with your order number. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. Your legal rights concerning delivery are not limited by these estimates.
