Does the Cozy Robe need electricity?
Yes, the heating works through the supplied controller and a compatible wall outlet; it is not battery-powered. You can wear the plush sherpa-lined robe unplugged, but the heating function will be off.
Which plug should I choose?
Choose the EU, UK, US or AU option that matches where the robe will be used, subject to availability. Always confirm the supplied electrical rating is suitable for your local voltage—matching plug pins alone does not guarantee compatibility.
How do I adjust the warmth?
When the robe is correctly connected, select your preferred setting on the included heating controller. Start with a low setting and follow the model-specific instructions, especially when using it for the first time.
Can I walk around or sleep while wearing it?
Disconnect the power before standing up or moving around. Never use active electric heating while sleeping, and do not use a damaged controller or cable. The robe can still be worn unplugged as a soft layer.
How do I wash and dry the heated robe?
First disconnect the controller and all removable electrical components. The listed care guidance is a cold, gentle wash with mild detergent, followed by drying flat. Do not bleach, tumble-dry or dry-clean. Always follow the care label for the exact supplied model, and reconnect only when everything is fully dry.
When will it arrive, and can I return it?
