Welcome to CozyFlorie. These Terms of Service explain the main conditions for purchasing products through our online store. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.
1. About CozyFlorie

2. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, variations and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please review the product information and available choices before ordering. We may correct obvious errors or contact you if an item becomes unavailable.
3. Placing an order
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the items shown at checkout. Once your order has been accepted, we send an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment due. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Product prices and any discounts are displayed before you confirm your order. We offer free standard shipping to eligible checkout destinations. Payments are processed through the methods displayed during checkout. Additional local import charges or duties may apply in some destinations; these are separate from free shipping and will be disclosed where required by law.
5. Processing, shipping and delivery
Orders are typically processed in 1–4 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 6–12 business days, for an approximate total of 7–16 business days. Estimates may change because of carrier delays or customs processing. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further details. Your mandatory consumer rights if delivery is late or does not occur remain unaffected.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
We offer a voluntary 30-day return period after delivery. Where applicable, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and other consumer protections also apply. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for conditions, instructions and our return address.
7. Faulty or incorrect products
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what was ordered, please email CozyFlorieus@gmail.com and provide your order number. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy to which you are entitled under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees or consumer remedies.
8. Safe use
Follow the instructions, labels and safety information supplied with each product. For electrical or heated products, use the compatible plug and voltage variant and follow the manufacturer's care, use and safety instructions. Stop using a product that appears damaged or unsafe and contact us.
9. Website information and intellectual property
Our website content, branding and materials are intended to describe our products and services. Do not reproduce our original content for commercial use without permission, except as allowed by law.

13. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. Any changes do not retroactively remove rights that applied to an order at the time of purchase.
